RETURNS

We want you to love everything, but we understand that sometimes things don't work!

Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases.  You have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to the shipping address to return or exchange the item back to us.  The Pink Zinnia will gladly accept returns for unused, unworn merchandise in its original condition with tags attached.  You will be emailed a store credit code once we process you return and your store credit will be active for one year. 

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • Jewelry and Accessories are final sale.

 

You are responsible for shipping an item back to us for a return.  Shipping is non-refundable.  Please ship returns back to:

We thoroughly inspect items as we receive them.  If you feel you received a defective item please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at thepinkzinnia@gmail.com.  We want you to love everything and will work to make it right.

 

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and  shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. We ship USPS or UPS with tracking and advise any returns to be sent with tracking as well. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout and if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

In-Store pickups will be available the same business day if purchased before 4pm. If purchased after 4pm or on non business days, it will be available by end of day the next business day.  We ask that you pickup your item(s) within 7 days of purchase!
